Tell your advocacy story

For GFCD 2015, we spotlighted female condom advocacy champions. Every day, advocates, educators, policymakers and health care providers work to integrate female condoms into the sexual health landscape of their communities.

We are seeking the stories of organizations and individuals mobilizing their communities, leading advocacy initiatives, and implementing programming and policy changes to expand female condom awareness, access, and use. Sharing stories of community and country-level female condom advocacy fosters new connections among advocates, strengthens local efforts, and contributes to our global effort to put female condoms into the hands of the people who need and want them. Exchanging stories helps us learn from each other's experiences and inspire additional actions by advocates around the world.

Tell us about YOUR female condom advocacy. Are you advocating for integration of female condoms into sexual health curricula in schools? Have you launched a campaign to ensure health departments/health ministries are dis have accurate information on female condoms for female condoms? Are you working with policymakers to establish or increase female condom purchasing and programming budgets? Whatever your advocacy story is, we want to hear it!
